Delivery

All quoted prices include packaging costs. For delivery within Australia regular parcel post is quoted, for overseas delivery regular and economy air mail is available.

You can have your purchase sent to you, or purchase a gift for a friend and have it sent straight to them.  

Postage costs quoted do not include insurance.  Should you wish take out insurance please request a quote prior to placing your order by contacting enquiries@mooretaste.com.

Product Avaliability

All products (unless specified in the product description) will be shipped within two business days of ordering, and many sooner.

Disclaimer

While we believe that we have partnered with excellent delivery partners and suppliers, despite our best efforts there may be times when parcels or products are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work closely with our partners to ensure prompt delivery of your order. All items purchased from Moore Taste are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss/damage for all purchases pass to you upon our delivery to Australia Post.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Moore Taste understands that shopping over the internet is different from being able to pick and hold items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you may return/exchange the item/s under the following conditions:

  • All products must be returned within seven days of receipt.
  • The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged)

To organise a return, email enquiries@mooretaste.com with the following details: Your Name, Order Number, Product Name/Code, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.

Apart from returns for damaged products, all products must be returned to Moore Taste in a saleable condition.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. All returned products will be assessed to verify the nature of the return. Products must be returned in original condition (unless damaged on reciept) packaging intact within 7 days of purchase. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and the return form.

When a product is returned to us, Moore Taste arrange a refund. If you receive the wrong or a damaged product, both the product and delivery costs will be refunded. However, if you simply no longer want the product only the product costs can be refunded. Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as Moore Taste cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post.
